Cooking instruction:
Pour some cooking oil, place gyoza on a non-stick frying pan and fry it over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, until the bottom becomes golden brown. Add some water (mix some flour in the water to create crispiness) in the pot, which is about 1/3 of the height of the gyoza, and then cover the pot immediately. Continue to cook the gyoza over medium-low heat until the water has basically evaporated and the bottom becomes golden and crispy again. This process takes about 6-8 minutes.
